Insurance Plans
We participate with VSP, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana (HMO and PPO), Cigna, Coventry, Aetna, Superior Vision Plan (SVP), NVA, Spectera, EyeMed, Prudential, Local Unions, FMH, PHCS, Epoch. We have only listed the major insurance companies. We participate with most insurance companies. If you are unsure of our participation, and please do not hesitate to call. We also will accept all worker’s compensation claims and will be more than happy to work with the company and see the patient on an emergency basis.
